Step by step ...

Well ... today , i had two considered gifts n two bad news too ...

well ... in the morning ... my sis help me make my hair ... tt's cool ...
well ... my mum says that i've $180 in my piggy bank alrdy .. n tt my birthday present from dad wil most likely be $80 - 100 so i could have gotten rich ...

well ... i went out wif Xinyi , to bt panjang ... den i buy NBA live 08 ... omg ... bt it does not make much difference and might b worse den 07 ...

well ... den i find tt using boston , cleveland , phoenix suns or miami heats are good ...

today ,played wif some pros ... my highlight should be a double pump lay up in the air ... tt's gonna earn me a great flash back ...

den ... ... well ... one of the philipenes pro told me to build my confidence when shooting , dun always wry shots wun gt in ... well tt was a obstacle for me ... hard to overcome ... n it's lik edwin's ball lost ... plus is only lik less den two month since he bought it ... damn those thieves ... steal basketball ... fkers ... noob player , if i find em i sure challenge em n win bck the bal for edwin ... bt i think probability of seeing em in hong kah north cc is lik 0.000001 barhx ...

anw ... tt's the bad news ... second bad news is i feel tt my muscles are aching for days n nth seems to help ... so i've been thinking of lessen my workout load ... well ... by twice ... =( i know tt's lik skiving bt my body rea;;y can't take it ... jux nw , even when i reached twenty push ups .. i can feel tt i'm collapsing... cux my muscle cramp is more pain when i do more sit up n push ups ..

hate it ... after tt operation , my physical condition seems to deteoriate alort ... hope i can attain bck wad's mine ....really hate it ... when i push up ... the pain is jux lik the pain of loneliness in my mind ... well ... mentally n physically cramped ...

as for the workout thingy ,.... i hate to say this bt i wil b doing it step by step ... 50 in a day , 70 in a day , 90 in a day , 110 in a day , till 140 in a day for each ... well ... i know it might take v long ... bt my body really can't take in excess workout ... need time to let it get use to all these ... ='(
