v tired , being the sl , den after tt , ply bball wif Yida's fren , it's lik didn't knw alot of them ply bball .. den after t , go home , den cycle to shelter court n yida's fren , sy n jp came n ton wif me at shelter court , den we ply , den go mac eat , den go bck court n slp till 6 , den they go home den i slp again

woke up by renny , den we watch old ppl dance cha cha till 9 30 , dn we ply full court bball , was so fun(cux i top scorer)
den after tt afternoon zhi hui n me ply , dn at night ply full court , den gt abrasion somewhere on upper thigh .. den hit 2/3 frm downtown , lol .. hehe

hardwork n progress doesn't always pay off
went for a run to shelter court , den i do shootaround for 3 hours , den go to find my mum , den i go to clementi sports hall watch bball matches n workout in the gym ..
den was suppose to have friendly match wif Leng Kee bt didn't have , den we have gym session for training , wahh , two gym workouts in a day ..
den still quite ok , wasn't plying super well bt less nervous liao ..

ply bball , dn sprain seriously myfinger again , bt after shooting a few airballs , gotten better n swish lik 4/5 3 pointers in my nxt 5 attempts ..

Dad treat me n my sister to an expensive restaurant at Sunset Way , v nice , bt nt filling ..

went to watch Fast & Furious 4 with Marcus and Zi Hao , Jonathan n Chin Shen , den v nice la , lik muscle cars liao .. lol
Monday
went to gym in the morning wif Yuan Li n did alot more than i did on Thursday .. den went to eat Laksa at the 425 wif Yuan Li , den go to shelter court after some slp at home .. den was quite gd frm mid range .. bt nt v gd frm three pointer though gt one match i scored a deep three which is my most memorable shot of the day .. lol ..

slp till lik 4 , den go to eat KFC den head to sch for friendly match , haix .. y aint i allowed to ply more when i m working so much n obviously , my three pointer's on it's comeback .. bt cnt blame the coach though , he didn't c me ply much .. bt i nid to outdo evryone in the team , bt hw ?? hmmm..

went to run the 5km thing n find tt my stamina is down right to the bottom , i think i walked alot at the bck ..
dn after tt go to the court , ply wif Henry , didn't knw he is Gravity .. lol .. den we go to have dinner together , come bck , ply full court , quite nice .. fast paced bball .. bt wasn't shooting well , especially b4 the full court , after tt go home liao ..

Today
plyed NBA live , den go to BK den go training , which is , wah , v lil ppl , which makes the repetition seemed so much ..
hmm , den plyed ful court , yeah , finally scored more than 5 pts in a scrimmage , i scored lik 8 or 10 , shud b 8 , den i gotten 5-8 rebounds , 3 assists , 1 steal .. hmm , still cnt gt past tt nervous bug , alot of my shots which normally shud have fall didn't .. bt gotten alot of offensive rebounds which is more than whad i expected .. den got pass the rock as well , bt a few my teammates didn't make them , bt still , it's sort of a best game i've ever plyed when plying wif sch team members ..
den come bck home , watch Wolverine , the last few parts , rly damn nice .. den went to eat Mac .. hmm .. dn go to prime supermart , buy some snacks , den teng go n .. i thought he say for fun , bt he rly did it .. so i couldn't hold my anger n jux walked home .. i left the door open for them, i let them treat my living room as a chalet , bt they walk home , well , so dun say i was crude ..
smtimes i wonder if the "best friends" i've always mentioned , r my best frens .. they seemed to distant n know me lesser n lesser .. i've always thought , as my skills progress , there is no reason y they will fkin make fun of me using bball .. bt it doesn't .. n i realise those ppl who i plyed wif on the court , even the sch team members , seemed to knw where i stand on the court better than my "best friends" do ..
bt well , today is a good day , so i dun wanna spoil it so i'm nt thinking of anything bad tt happened today anymore ..

styed at home n rest , i think , forgot alot of things last week , n i returned Zi Hao he's ps2 controller .. lol ..

went to sch for FYP project discussion bt nobody go except Joanna .. den go for training and there is no friendly matches , den gt home , eat supper again ..
last Wednesday
went for driving lesson , first time , the instructor say i too rash .. n too blur.. lol .. den go to ply bball after tt wif Henry and guys , den after tt i think gt ply awhile of bball den go home liao cux nt much ppl and as usual , supper again
last Thursday
went to shelter court again , dun rly have much ppl plying at the strt , den gt increasing number , den is lik , hmm ... think i did quite well at the strt , bt after tt at night was too exhausted ..
last Friday
went for friendly match n coach actually alrdy emphasize tt those undersized forwards aren't expecting much min , so i cn guess liao .. den after tt we trainliao , den me n benjamin go to eat dinner out , den go home .. den eat again ..

went to do fyp project at lot 1 , in the end i read e book for 3 hours , den cycle to shleter court , den cnt ply cux they ply full court , den no choice , after lightsout den ply ..
