tiring trainings ...

Saturday , morning , went to gdview garden to have training with patricia and the china boy ...

ok .. den it was tiring ... n we concentrated on training the china boy for defence ... den i go to church at somerset there ... i nt sure if i made a very very right choice ...

den sunday I went for He Wei's training .. I went to climb 77 storeys of steps ... on myself ..

den chin shen train us ... quite ok ... a bit tough bt some of the trainings abit unnecessary ...

den go to hkn cc ply bball ... den find tt I'm quite improving .. tt's it
