hardwork n progress doesn't always pay off

went for a run to shelter court , den i do shootaround for 3 hours , den go to find my mum , den i go to clementi sports hall watch bball matches n workout in the gym ..

den was suppose to have friendly match wif Leng Kee bt didn't have , den we have gym session for training , wahh , two gym workouts in a day ..

den still quite ok , wasn't plying super well bt less nervous liao ..

Friday

ply bball , dn sprain seriously myfinger again , bt after shooting a few airballs , gotten better n swish lik 4/5 3 pointers in my nxt 5 attempts ..

Sat

Dad treat me n my sister to an expensive restaurant at Sunset Way , v nice , bt nt filling ..

Sun

went to watch Fast & Furious 4 with Marcus and Zi Hao , Jonathan n Chin Shen , den v nice la , lik muscle cars liao .. lol

Monday

went to gym in the morning wif Yuan Li n did alot more than i did on Thursday .. den went to eat Laksa at the 425 wif Yuan Li , den go to shelter court after some slp at home .. den was quite gd frm mid range .. bt nt v gd frm three pointer though gt one match i scored a deep three which is my most memorable shot of the day .. lol ..

Today

slp till lik 4 , den go to eat KFC den head to sch for friendly match , haix .. y aint i allowed to ply more when i m working so much n obviously , my three pointer's on it's comeback .. bt cnt blame the coach though , he didn't c me ply much .. bt i nid to outdo evryone in the team , bt hw ?? hmmm..
